Thats weird. Different but similiar issues i have is for the last 1-2 month ive basically only played aram or the featured mode cause i get weird lag. my internet works perfectly fine. I load game and its consistant 60 ping. But everytime a team fight happens my game just kinda freezes for a second or 2. Ping goes from 60-75. Thats it.
That seems odd, maybe you have a client issue, or an isp issue. My comp is mid tier (i5 4690k, 8gigs of ram, a GTX 750, and league is on an SD drive) the tv i use is only 60 hz but I have 300+ fps stable uncapped.
