The HP E24m G4 FHD USB-C Conferencing Monitor can charge most laptops, but not all, via the SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (up to 65W USB Power Delivery, Alt Mode DisplayPort™ 1.2) port. Your laptop must have a USB-C port with PowerDeilver and DisplayPort or a Thunderbolt port in order to be compatible. This cable is advertised as USB-C 4.0 thunderbolt 3 rating so it should be able to support sending video from the DisplayPost USB-C port on the laptop to the upstream USB-C port on the monitor. However, when I connect the two, neither the monitor or the laptop can detect the connection. The laptop remains closed as I only use external monitors. I have a 4K60 LG monitor connected to the laptop using a HDMI port (v1.4 based off the manual) and an HDMI cable. I have a second 1440p60 monitor connected to the laptop’s mini-DP port using a mini-DP to HDMI converter and then using a HDMI to HDMI connection to the monitor. I'm using the USB-C cable that came with the monitor, it's set to connect via USB-C, and it works fine with my Mac laptop. I can see on the Latitude that it's charging via the monitor cable, but I can't get it to display, and through the settings, the laptop won't detect any other display. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Dịch Vụ Hỗ Trợ Vay Tiền Nhanh 1s.
